Hungarian pancakes with apple

Today we're going to make pancakes but the Hungarian style.  Our pancake is much wider and thinner than the American. In this recipe, I will add grated apple to the mixture.  It brings back the atmosphere of winter with the flavor of the cinnamon. But let's make this dessert to say goodbye to winter! And be careful with the apples, you know how poor Snow White ended....

Let's see what we need:
2 apples (alma)
Powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon ( fahéjjal összekevert porcukor)
2 eggs (tojás)
5 tablespoons of fluor ( evőkanálnyi liszt)
0,5 tablespoon of sugar ( fél evőkanálnyi cukor)
Sprinkle of salt (csipetnyi só)
A teaspoon of vegetable oil ( teáskanálnyi olaj)
And enough milk for getting a medium dense mixture ( annyi tej, hogy egy közepes sűrűségű masszát kapjunk)

At first, mix all of the ingredients smoothly. Pour the milk with small pauses. The point is, not to pour all of the milk at once but add it in small amounts.

Now, we have to grate the apples. Pay attention not to grating them  too small. Choose a grater which has big holes.

Then add it to the mixture.

Bake the pancakes one-by-one. The mixture should cover all of the surface, forming a round. It shouldn't be too thick but not too thin because it might break when you turn them around.

Then sprinkle them with  powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.

You can fold them into triangles or wind them up like the traditional Hungarian pancakes.

Jó étvágyat and enjoy spring! :)
